Forms for the business ads, and for personal ads to recognize your student/ athlete/ etc are available on line.  Questions can be sent to Robin at rcregeen(at)cableone.net

The summer workout program will begin on June 2nd. Twenty lifting and conditioning sessions are required between June 2nd and August 1st, with 30-32 days available to lift. These sessions will run about 1-1.5 hours. The weight room will be available for a morning session at 9am and for an evening session at 6pm Monday through Thursday.
